SUBE card (Sistema Único de Boleto Electrónico)

The SUBE card is a rechargeable magnetic card mandatory to use the public transportation network of Buenos Aires. It is used to pay the metro (subway), buses and commuter trains. It is acquired in multiple stores or subway stations. To obtain it is necessary to present your passport and complete a form.
